Arlington, VA Office
Logistics Program Manager
The Logistics Program Managers shall have nine (9) years experience including three (3) years experience in Navy/USCG Project Management involving all aspects of the Logistics Support Planning and Execution on surface
combatant Navy and USCG vessel programs with 6 years experience in logistics planning and execution activities supporting a surface combatant, U.S. Navy/USCG vessel program/project office to include at least one (1) year of
experience in 4 or more of the following Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements:
(1) Maintenance planning and test equipment,
(2) Technical documentation, supply support,
(3) Computer resources,
(4) Facilities,
(5) Manpower and personnel,
(6) Packaging/handling/transportation, and
(7) Training.
Maintenance planning and a Bachelors degree in the Arts or Sciences is preferred.

Senior Logistics Analyst
Six (6) years of experience in logistics planning and execution activities supporting a surface combatant/USCG vessel program/project office to include at least one (1) year of experience in four (4) or more of the
following ILS elements: maintenance planning, support and test equipment, technical documentation, supply support, computer resources, facilities, manpower and personnel, packing/handling/transportation, and training
is preferred. Maintenance planning is preferred as one of the four elements. A Bachelors degree in the Arts or Sciences or an equivalent degree is preferred.

Three (3) years experience in supporting a surface combatant/USCG vessel program/project office to include at least one (1) year of experience in two (2) or more of the following ILS elements:

A Bachelors degree in the Arts or Sciences or an equivalent degree is preferred.

Senior Combat Systems Engineer
Eight (8) years of increasing systems integration management responsibility including at least five (5) years of combat systems installation, overhaul, and upgrade or integration experience. A Bachelors degree in one of the
following disciplines is preferred:
(1) Engineering,
(2) Physical Sciences,
(3) Computer Science or,
(4) Mathematics.
If a Bachelors degree is not in one of the above disciplines, the person shall have in addition, three (3) years serving aboard a surface combatant, U.S. Navy/USCG vessel in a combat systems capacity.

Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer shall have eight (8) years or more of engineering experience. The engineer will facilitate, support and participate in Integrated Product Teams as required, provide expertise to support Engineering Systems Trade Off Studies, performance metrics, system requirements, mission analysis, risk
managements, technical analysis, test and evaluation, safety, open architecture and assist in the development of program information and documentation to identify technical parameters and thresholds; support the review of
documents and review boards, support system integration requirements and identification of technical problems related to production, integration and installation of life cycle support of various systems. A Bachelors degree
in Engineering is preferred.

Three (3) years experience serving aboard a surface combatant/USCG vessel. Additionally, a candidate with five (5) years of increasing engineering management responsibility including at least two (2) years of naval
shipbuilding or overhaul experience obtained using Quality Assurance analysis techniques, test evaluation procedures or test support requirements, is preferred. A Bachelors degree in one of the following disciplines
is preferred:
(1) Engineering,
(2) Physical Science, or
(3) Mathematics.

Field Engineer
This labor category is intended to serve as a field service engineer for the installation, troubleshooting, repair and testing of hull, mechanical, electrical,
weapons and electronic systems aboard U.S. Navy or USCG ships. The Field Engineer shall have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Six (6) years of progressive experience in
the servicing of ship systems including the planning of the field services and four (4) years of the required experience obtained servicing hardware aboard ships, is preferred.

Junior Support Engineer
Two (2) years of experience/service aboard a surface combatant vessel, U.S. Navy or USCG in combat systems or experience with Navy shipbuilding or overhaul equals
one (1) year of college. Experience substituted for meeting post secondary educational requirements is in addition to other required experience. A Bachelors degree in one of the following disciplines:
Engineering, Physical Science or equivalent experience. Experience/service aboard a surface combatant vessel, experience with Navy combat systems or experience with Navy shipbuilding or overhaul is preferred.
